If you have been scammed on Facebook and ended up with a locked device I can either unlock the device on the condition that a paper trail clearly showing that you have been defrauded is provided, criminals need not apply.....(you probably cant afford the printer ink anyway). Alternatively i can offer you a replacement device at a reduced cost and trade in your device where in which we will use it for parts or recycle it through the E Waste program.
If you have purchased a device that is listed as blacklisted its best to contact the network provider first and then the NZ Police if necessary.
