At Tailored Nutrition we aim to educate + tailor foodplans to your specific needs and goals for your health. We love to encourage our clients toward understanding their body's unique requirements. We also use an awesome machine called the InBody 230, a body scanning machine that accurately measures muscle, fat + fluid inside the body. It's a great motivation tool!
