Tai chi and qigong is a branch of Chinese traditional medicine helping create a flow of energy in the body. This can help with many health issues as well as creating good breathing, balance and posture. From simple meditative movements allowing for breathe and alignment to the more complex and focused, enjoy the freedom of movement in your body. There is an opportunity to have 1 on 1 lessons or come to a class. I'm also available for sessions in your workspace. Due to social distancing class sizes are limited.

Online classes are happening while we are at level 3 lockdown. Everyday at 10 o'clock. Donations are appreciated.
