Like many out of the garage start-up businesses, the Turner whanau have been operating for over ten years and produce a very delicious and consistent mussel fritter product. The economy and rising housing prices forced us to come up with a long-term sustainable plan and legacy for our future and to protect our whakapapa. We operate out of two food trailers at local markets and attend some hand-picked nationals events like Waka Ama.
