Being diagnosed as coeliac a few months ago, really made me step up and make some positive changes to my diet and my life. It has also meant that we as a family all take particular care of what we now buy, and eat.
Initially I found it a struggle, having to find where to purchase my food's. We decided to open up a Gluten Free Online Store so we could help people in similar situations.
What are some great meals? What are some handy children's snacks? Ideas to make life a lot easier, especially in what is a very busy life.
We also found that other online Gluten free foods charge a lot for their food, so we are currently sourcing great deals, to make everything a little cheaper. Plus become regular weekly or fortnightly shoppers, as a local, your delivery costs will be nothing!
