Pilates
Sue offers group mat classes at St Annes Church, Northland. Pilates. .group classes have up to 10 students. Talilored private sessions are offered from her home in Karori, one on one or in small groups of up to three people. All classes start at an introductory level, building a foundation to progress and provide an understanding of your body and the Pilates method. Sue uses props such as bands, balls, power circles and foam rollers which are fun to use and enhance the class.
