I Love exploring the great outdoors. Currently my main sport is cycling, I have raced all around the world in the Ultra Endurance bikepacking genre.I also coach Holistic Endurance, helping and supporting people reach their goals.
I have extensive experience in building, Painting, Staining, Gardening, and Property Care. I am flexible and adaptable as I work for myself, drawing on many years of experience from working in the Trades.
I have run a wellness retreat with my wife, offering specific retreats, massage and training. I looked after the accommodation, Vegan/ Vegetarian meals, gardens, maintenance, etc
