Please note that Riverside Milk is unpasteurised (not heat treated) milk -
also called raw milk (or fresh farm milk). New Raw Milk Legislation, coming into effect in 2016, sets out that all raw milk suppliers have to display the following warning: ‘Raw milk may contain microorganisms that can cause serious illness. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk should be heated to at least 70 degree Celsius for one minute. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems.’ (Ministry of Primary Industries)

Here, at Riverside Milk, we believe that daily fresh farm milk in all its glory, straight from happy and healthy cows and biologically managed pastures (no nasty chemicals) , unpasteurised, non-homogenised and without permeates or antibiotics, is perfect in itself. So why change nature?
