Pythagoras is a small quantity surveying company, specializing in pricing residential projects ranging from extensions, new builds and townhouse developments in the greater Wellington region.
Main services provided are listed below
- Initial or elemental pricing, this is providing an estimate range based off conceptual drawings to get a budget prior to committing to further design.
- Detailed estimates, detailed pricing of construction drawings which should give a firm estimate of the build
- Tendering/Negotiation, sourcing quotes from multiple builders and level the quotes to explain the price differences and risks which each bid then negotiating the finer details with the prefered builder.
- Contract negotiation, getting you in to contract with the prefered builder while making sure your interests are protected.
- Contract Administration, assessing progress claims and valuing variations throughout the project making sure the builder doesn't overclaim.
