Pure Postnatal is here for you if you or your baby are struggling during the vital postnatal period. We offer craniosacral therapy, baby massage and reflexology classes, new mums' self care information and birth debriefing.
We specialise in treating babies who are having problems with colic, wind, sleep, feeding, birth trauma, preference for one side and other issues. Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle, hands-on practice which can help restore health in your baby, particularly if they have had a ventouse, forceps, C-section, prolonged or difficult birth. We also work with new mums to help rebalance the body after pregnancy and birth.
Our treatments, courses and classes are all focused on helping new families experience a happy, restorative and peaceful postnatal period.
