Hi all . I have just started up a small home tutoring business here in Wellington. I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 12 years experience teaching 5- 12 year olds. I specialise in teaching Literacy using a multisensory Structured Literacy approach and am particularly interested in supporting those younger children for whom 'cracking the code' of reading has proved challenging. I have spaces on a Saturday and I come to you so would need a quiet place to teach. My charges are $50 for a 45 minute session. I can also provide you with activities to do with your child during the week. The first session will be a kind of meet and greet and assessment session for which there is no charge.
