Plensory Movement

“Plensory” is the blending of two words: pleasure and sensory.
Plensory Movement is about moving in ways that include both pleasurable and sensory actions. It is about getting the healthy body you want, moving in ways that are safe, pleasurable, and invoke body sensations. This type of movement is more about understanding your body and the way you move it towards holistic health and well-being, rather than simply going through the motions to tick the boxes on your fitness checklist.
By tapping into body awareness and getting in touch with our body sensations, we learn to gravitate towards movement that feels good – not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well.
Weekly classes in Nia Dance, Moving to Heal, and Centergy are offered in Rangiora and Christchurch.
