I am a physiotherapist with over 6 years experience and a pilates instructor trained by the international STOTT PILATES SCHOOL. I am passionate about pilates exercise which compliments and adds to our activities in daily life, enhances our posture and core strength whilst adding fluidity to our movements.

I travel to meet and train you in the comfort of your own home. All you need is some floor space and a Pilates mat!

Prices are as follows:
-1:1 training for $85 (60 mins)
-bring a friend for 2:1 training for $55 pp (60 mins)
-group training also available, prices dependant on group size.
