Counselling Services
I am a registered social worker, addiction practitioner. and accredited supervisor with extensive experience working with people with mental health and addiction problems. I have worked with victims and perpetrators of violence. My PhD was in the field of trauma and addiction, particularly child sexual abuse. I provide skilled and empathic counselling drawing on attachment and intersubjective theory. This highlights the centrality of the counselling relationship in the process of healing and reconnection with self and others.
