Chris and Heidi brought Olympic Butchery in March 2018. Chris comes from a background in commercial meat production and sales, and has a passion for tinkering with small goods such as sausages and cured meats, and German dishes such as Leberkäse. Heidi is a farm girl from the Naki, who, along with their two sons, enjoys eating Chris's creations!
The Husband and Wife team along with their "Rock Star" Butcher work hard to bring you tasty meat products and friendly service. Along with steaks, mince, chops and casseroling meats, we also make sausages, rissoles, flavoured butterfly chickens, and we boast the meatiest pork bones in town and amazing watercress to boot. Want something special? Just ask; we can order pigs for the spit or whole/part animals. Real meat for real people. You and you're family deserve the best for great prices.
