Nurtured for Wellness

I run raw food workshops, where you can learn how to prepare delicious, healthy and nutritious savoury and sweet dishes. The workshops run for about 3 hours and there are plenty of tastings after each demonstration. I take a maximum of 12 people, so bookings are always essential.
I also sell raw cakes for any occasion. These cakes do not contain flour/gluten, grains, refined sugar, eggs, or dairy. They are ideal for those who are looking for healthier options, vegans/vegetarians and those with allergies. You can also find me at the Tauranga Farmers' Market every second Saturday. I am a Matthew Kenny Culinary alumni and have trained in Sydney and Auckland.
