Hypnotherapy
In 1993 I was issued my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Creative NLP ( Neuro-linguistic Programming). Since then I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, weight control, bed wetting, phobias (fear of spiders, flying and public speaking etc), stop smoking, past life regression and saying goodbye to past ones. Often clients come in for one thing and before we know it we have got to whatever is causing their concerns, which is left field from what they originally came in for. It is about finding the triggers and addressing them.
I also do Magnetic healing and chakra alignment. This is a hands off approach and most clients find this very relaxing and go out feeling much lighter in themselves.
