I offer healing shiatsu incorporating Zen shiatsu its fully clothed I work on futon on the floor,its about prevention and staying well restoring the bodies equilibrium. I also work wth pregnancy& maternity care in all stages taught by Suzanne Yates of well mother in uk,and a specialty of my teacher Anna Moonan. I use energy medicine & reiki, nz native flwr ess for emotional wellbeing im intuitive and love helping people to take care of themselves by nurturing and nourishing through these incredible body works. I have a 3 yr diploma in shiatsu, I trained in 2003-05 .im up to date in training hours, 1st aid and a registered member of shiatsu practitioners of nz. www.shiatsu.org.nz.Shiatsu has been found to assist & alleviate a variety of ailments including headaches back pain sciatica insomnia and is deeply relaxing, nurturing and centering.
