Small scale commercial work, office redesign, preschools or medical centres are also undertaken.

We do preliminary feasibility studies, if you're not sure what can be done on your site, through to sketch and developed design. Resource and building consent documentation is undertaken, and working alot out west we are familiar with the local planning rules.

We also do interior joinery design, bathroom and kitchens, and can help with builder selection, tender if you wish, and undertake project observation and administration. Building can be stressful, and we are able to check on the progress and quality of the work for you, giving you additional peace of mind.

We are happy to do all or part of the process, and you'll find our service honest and down to earth. Based in Oratia we service west, central and north Auckland.
