You’ll enjoy stunning sea and island views, from this brand new luxurious self- contained house.
The home's décor is French Provincial , featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a super King that can be split into two singles if required, each with it’s own personal ensuite.
Your living area is a sunny open plan living room, with kitchen and a private, sunny indoor out-door deck area taking advantage of the ever changing sea views of boats, Waiheke and other islands.
The nightly price is for 1 or 2 people (continental Breakfast). Then an only an extra $40 per person per night (up to max of 4 people for the house). If you need more space or beds, there’s also an optional separate large rumpus room (see in the photo's) with a flat screen TV, unlimited Wifi & two inbuilt single beds and a lounge suite and dining suite available for additional people to stay or a private space for those teenagers. Just an extra flat rate of $80 per night.
