Join husband and wife team, Will and Kat, as they take you through a jam packed, fun hour of world rhythms with Zumba Fitness.
We run a judgement free zone where we all just come together, have a dance and laugh off our day.
Suitable for all levels of fitness , you can take the class at the your own pace.
Kids are welcome as they can either hang out at the back of class or if they are old enough they are welcome to take part.
First class is free and $5 thereafter.
7pm Wed at Raumati Beach School and 7pm Fri at Bodyfix Gym, Waikanae (non gym members welcome)
