We have chosen to use Methylglyoxal (MG) reading to indicate the activity level in the honey jar. It is all traceable to the hives, so buyers can take confidence in the fact that this honey has been sourced from the bees that visit Mānuka flowers!
We currently have stock of MG 83 (equivalent to UMF5+), MG 263 (equivalent to UMF10+) and MG 514 (equivalent to UMF15+). MG 514 are available in 250gm jars only and the rest can be either 250gm or 500gm.
