Hi my name is Louselle which is pronounced Louzal. I know, it's weird, but I'm stuck with it.
I have just started a home based business called Indian Daze.
I will have three of the above items on the menu each week. I will add to the menu as the business progresses. I have just stared this business & would appreciate your support.
I am a South African born Indian woman. I lived most of my life in the city of Durban. I have been involved in catering for a while but only just started my home business. I would love to open a takeaway but sadly that will have to wait until you guys buy my food, spread the word & I make enough money for a shop. I have recently moved to Paremoremo & have been encouraged by friends , family & neighbours to start catering. Most South African food is very different from India Indian food or Fijian food. South African foods do not contain coconut cream, fruit or nuts.
Breyani is a type of rice cooked with meat, spices & lentils.
South African food is flavourful & can be spicy without being hot. For those that have not tried South African Indian food , I invite you to take your tastebuds on an adventure.
