HSHK is not just about Wedding Cakes - I also brew my "Tang.E.T." Kombucha in my Council Registered kitchen and I'd love to teach YOU how to brew it too!

With my quality "new" SCOBY's, strong starter liquid and a little help - If you can make a cup of tea you can brew Kombucha.
Small kits or large, I can get you on your brewing journey - complete with laminated instructions for your convenience.
Of course if you don't want to brew - just buy! - lots of yummy flavours on the go -
or commission a brew made just for you (min 4 Litres).
