I do all those jobs the BIG guys don't want to do. Leaking taps, adjust stuck windows (or replace/Advise), Replace rotten weather Boards - I specialise in 1920-30's Houses.
I do most repairs weatherboard replacement. Bathrooms, Kitchens. floating t&gFlooring. most indoor work. Painting. Gibing & stopping. Lawns. Section clearing (depending on size). I even paint houses depending what staff I have available.
In most cases if I cant do it I will refer you to someone who can.
I am Semiretired and only take on the smaller maintenance jobs.
