Hi! I'm Jimmy Lee
I've just moved from Wellington to start my own business here called High Maintenance Abseil. I am available to do general 'work at height' maintenance. I have 6+ years experience as a rope access technician in work at height safety (abseil, fall arrest, EWP and BMU).
What can I do.
Gutter cleaning, building wash down, water blasting, lichen and other chemical spraying, window cleaning, roof inspection and tek screw replacements, leak repairs, building joint replacement, flashing repairs, roof painting.
I use rope access to target 'hard to get at places', allowing the job to be achieved faster as well as eliminating the need for expensive alternatives. Working at Heights is not a problem and in this trade, safety is paramount. So I ensure our work site is set up to a very high standard and all gear is checked and certified before commencement of each job. Two story plus buildings are not a problem.
