I am an experienced and qualified massage therapist and movement and health coach. I run a home based clinic from Cypress Drive in Maungaraki.
Services I offer are: massage therapy, neuromuscular therapy, movement and posture training and nutrition and health coaching.
I do many types of massage, but mainly focus on treatment and sports massage. I specialise in helping people to eliminate chronic pain and injuries and improve their posture, movement and health through a holistic, educational and individualised approach. To achieve this I utilise a combination of posture and movement training, nutrition and health coaching, neuromuscular therapy and therapeutic massage.
