Originally a small business owner in the fast food industry, before working for large government departments as a Prison Officer, Osh Inspector, Council Compliance Officer, Housing Access Manager. I have also had various roles in private organisations - large and small. My experience and wealth of knowledge is around team work, management, compliance to legislation, and work/life balance. Away from work, I enjoy making Stained Glass Art, walking our dog Spot and voluntary work.
