Hello! I am a full time Yogi :) My practice of Yoga has been for last 20 years. This beautiful knowledge that is taught by Yogis for over 5000 years have helped me and further allowed me to share and serve others. I am very passionate to share this beautiful art of wellness of mind, body and breath that is sure to make a positive difference in anyone's life.

Studio is boutiquey to assist you to feel at peace and go deeper in your practice. Enrolling for term is only $15 a class! Where each class is 90mns and over time you will progress in your physical fitness, breath work, mind calmness, attaining emotional freedom and more. You will notice minor effects right in the first class and overtime however, as the body will begin to balance itself one can receive so many more benefits. It is a very important step towards maintaining wellness in your life.

Groups are carefully designed based on different levels. For those whose physical fitness level is good and wanting to take a challange to improve further on both strength and flexibility to those new and motivated individuals wanting to embark that journey and also for those whose bodies would not "yet" allow them to practice any practice due to some health issues or lack of motivation and knowledge. (Prior doctor's permission is expected if any medical conditions).

Private lessons are also available, however charge is $85 for 90 minutes. It can help those wanting only one on one. Also those who have a good discipline to practice alone and want me to work along few times or more to guide them build their personal practice (Although I provide that anyway in group classes too, you learn a lot about your body). Many sports are unbalanced and one-sided where one part of the body is overused. Underused muscles become dull and heavy, further effecting the active areas having to bear their load as well. So pain suppressants are no good! Learning about your body and working on balancing can save one from future knee surgeries and other injuries.

I also do some service projects in the community that you can keep updated by following my facebook page.

I do also gratefully accept invites to address groups to share some basic but very important tools for our modern mind and bodies. Beauty is, groups can be addressed for even as little as 15 mins if you don't have that time and there is no definite requirement of mats either. Chairs or even if you want to keep standing up is all possible to make that first step towards "making the shift".
