Goldstone Law

Since 2011 I have provided about 500 employee & employer clients employment law representation regarding employment agreements; investigation & disciplinary meetings; proposed redundancy; unjustified/constructive dismissal; unjustified disadvantage; unpaid wages/holiday pay; health & safety; and bullying & discrimination breaches.
I focus on achieving agreed early settlements, but failing that representing clients in mediation or before the Employment Relations Authority.
I qualified LLB from Auckland University in 1976 ; was admitted to the Bar of the High Court of New Zealand in 1977. I have had real world experience since, initially as a barrister & solicitor, then in corporate roles in merchant banking, then in business IT.
I set up Goldstone Law in April 2011 to specialise in employment law and provide affordable access to these specialised legal services for both employers & employees. I offer both time & attendance (charge by the hour) and contingency ("no win, no fee").
