Are you in the market for custom-made, individualized cakes and bakes that accommodate special diets? I have been baking for my coeliac family since 1997 and run a totally gluten-free kitchen. I am well-versed in special dietary requirements and can make my cakes to exclude dairy, soy, corn, nuts and any other ingredients that need to be avoided. Here are some of the cakes I specialize in:
