Karate is a Japanese martial art. Although it is based on learning to protect yourself, it's also great for building confidence, improving discipline, developing greater strength and fitness, and it's also excellent for reducing stress.
GKR Karate is the name of our club and we have over 100 locations established around the country. Our classes cater for all ages starting from 5 years old, and our oldest students are well into their seventies. So, many of our classes have families where both the children and parents train together.
