Freedom through Connection

I provide the following services to individuals, couples, teams and businesses:
- one on one coaching; holding space for you to find your own answers
- mediation/commitment to engagement
- team engagement
- people in business/HR consulting

I have a background in corporate IT and HR, recruitment and learning and development. More recently my focus is in Holding Space (trained through Heather Plett), Facilitation and Training (Dip Facilitation and Coaching through Zenergy Ltd) and ceremony and ritual to support life transitions (Dip Celebrant Studies).

I am based in Red Beach, but can connect in a neutral place or online via Zoom or Skype.
