We are FEAST, short for Food Experience and Sensory Testing. FEAST was established in 2018 by Professor Joanne Hort, a world-recognised expert in consumer and sensory science, and is based at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand. In addition to our world class research program, we offer a range of services tailored to support food companies large and small. Successfully developing product concepts that consumers want and meeting expectations in terms of flavour, texture and quality to gain repeat purchase is a challenge.
