Each one of our session plans is painstakingly crafted by a team of the best in the industry. We define the perfect workout as highly effective fitness classes that put every second to it's best use, it's a thrill to be a part of and has an element of fun while following the key principles we've developed over the years in our formula for success.

Plus you'll get to work out with a bunch of like-minded recruits who are all turning up to get fit while having fun.

MORNING SESSIONS:
6-7am Mon, Wed & Fri
7.10-7.50am Mon, Wed & Fri
10-11am Tues & Thurs, 7-8am Sat

AFTERNOON SESSIONS:
12.10-12.50pm Tues & Thurs, 7-8am Sat

EVENING SESSIONS:
5.30-6.30pm Tues & Thurs, 7-8am Sat
