FLA have been established in the Waikato since the 1970’s and over that time there have been name changes as the business has evolved and grown.
Our principal office is in Hamilton and we cover North Waikato, South Waikato, Raglan, etc, servicing a geographical area including Te Aroha, Morrinsville and Matamata.
We currently employ seven valuers with valuers specialising in Residential, Commercial and Industrial and Rural including farm consultancy.
As one of the leading Waikato property valuation firms, we assist clients throughout the Waikato to make sound property decisions which will not only benefit them now, but also in the longer term. Clients may be facing the challenges of arranging financing, trying to determine the value of their property and/or land for sale or purchase and we are able to assist in this. We also value buildings for insurance or rental and we actively manage farm properties for national and international clients.
