Fc Twenty11

Football Club
Welcome to all former Avon and Burnside players, coaches, supporters and new members. The 2011 season is almost upon us and as you will be aware some significant changes have taken place since you packed away the footy boots for the summer months.

The merging of the two clubs will allow a collaboration and sharing of resources to create a larger football entity with some 1500 members in 2011 with the goal of having 2,000 by 2015, the critical mass provides us Christchurch’s newest club with
opportunities to provide for and deliver year round football focused programmes events and activities for the benefit of you the members and supporters.

Playing Colours are Red with white trim – again based on the rationale that red with white will not clash with any current Canterbury club colours.
