FSM is a family wellbeing agency offering social work services that improve intergenerational parenting. We give children the best start in life with successful programmes like Incredible Years, Fathers for Families and Family Start.
Family Start is a home-visiting programme for mums in Manukau/Franklin who are pregnant or have a child up to 12 months old, it focuses on improving children’s health, learning and relationships, family circumstances, environment & safety.
Father for Families is a groundbreaking 10-week programme and peer support group to help men with trauma and social problems become the best Dads they can be.
Incredible Years is a 14-week course held at our office, where mums and dads can learn effective parenting strategies for 3- to 8-year-olds.
FSM works closely with other community organisations and has a proven record of successfully delivering wrap-around social work services with our programmes.
