Fabulous Fettle is a Nutrition and Health Coaching Service led by NZ Registered Nurse Steph Hobbs. Steph has a passion for helping others to thrive and takes an individual approach toward helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Steph is experienced in working with those who have long term health conditions and is happy to take a collaborative approach with client's existing health care team where necessary.
Health coaching can help to identify issues and clarify areas where change may be necessary. Steph draws on her experience to guide this process, provide information, support, motivation and perspective. The process provides a clear, step by step approach to overcoming issues, which makes even the most impossible goal seem achievable.
Steph is experienced in working with all ages and has a special interest in long term health conditions.
