About Ethical Employment Advocacy

I advocate, advise and represent employees and employers around all employment relationship matters. My focus is on solutions rather than escalating a situation to increase fees. In particular I'm committed to maintaining employment relationships where possible, but where there are great difficulties, assisting employers to address issues with employees through a fair and dignified process. Where this hasn't occurred and an employee has been unfairly dismissed, I represent them to seek appropriate remedies. I have no interest in pursuing vexatious issues for either party. Fees can be an agreed hourly rate or no win no fee. You choose.
