East Health Trust PHO
East Health Trust is a Primary Health Organisation PHO. PHOs are funded by Health NZ to support the provision of essential primary health care services, mostly through general practices, to those people who are enrolled with the PHO in the Howick, East Tamaki and Franklin areas.East Health Trusts aim is to support services to maintain or improve the health of the enrolled PHO population.East Health Trust was established as a PHO on 1 July 2003 and covers Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Beachlands, Clevedon, Flat Bush, Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay and Pukekohe areas. Our enrolled population is approximately 115,000.
