As a Nurse I understand your journey through the medical system and am certainly not adverse to using allopathic or conventional medicine to stabilise a serious health problem or in times of acute need.
As a Clinical Herbalist, however, my passion is to show people how to get their own health restored to its optimal level. Much can be achieved through diet, lifestyle and exercise as well as supplementing with the right vitamins, minerals or herbs when required.
