I am a personal trainer based out of Cityfitness Lyall bay and very passionate about health + fitness and pride myself on quality time and workouts (personalised to you and your goals) for my clients. I run 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions (depending on your preference).

I specialise in:
- Fat loss/overall body transformation
- Partner workouts
- Circuit training
- Effective short, sharp workouts
- Functional training
- Lean muscle mass/growth
- Overall lifestyle change
- General fitness + overall health

For my clients I like to see what their main focus is and from there formulate a style of training that will be most effective for them. Don't expect to be bored during our sessions, but do expect to sweat!

Each client receives 1 hour free complimentary session to begin with! You need a Cityfitness membership -$7 a week!
