Coaching
A business and Leadership coach is someone who is able to ask great questions that provoke the thinking needed to continually move forward in your business. You know your business better than anyone else so its not about needing to have all the awnsers from that specific industry. A good coach will follow a proven framework of 'best practice' in business so that you know all the main factors are taken care of. eg. Do you have a vision and mission in place for where you are heading, what kind of systems do you have in place to get there and what are the daily habits that bring you towards your results. They have to be a values match because you want to feel like you have a trusted person you can go to who can help you emotionally grow and develop. They are also able to be the 'outside eyes' that can give you perspective and feedback that will help build your awareness. I also provide team training and development in fun and interactive workshops!
