I am an experienced HR professional working across not for profit organisations, government and professional services. Some key assignments include restructures of organisations, ranging in size from small to large, managed recruitment including chief executive positions and developing key policies and procedures for organsations to easily manage their people. I am also a trained LEADR mediator and am able to help with staff you may have who aren't quite getting along.
I have worked closely with not for profit organisations who have, due to changes government funding has introduced, needed to review and help redesign their organisational structure and service delivery to ensure they meet their contractual funding requirements.
Aside from the big HR projects, I support organisations and business with their "not so nice" employment relationship issues, helping managers to avoid them and managing them when they do.
I tend to work mainly within not for profit, community based organisations and small local businesses as this fits with my core values and beliefs which centre on a sense of community service and that we are all responsible for the society we live in.
My experience is backed up with a Post Graduate Degree in Strategic HR Management from Victoria University.
