Bed & Breakfast
Our private self-contained studio flat is located on the ground floor of the main dwelling it enjoys the morning sun, looking out east over the garden and down towards the inner harbour. It is spacious and fully equipped. It has a has one large room (lounge/bedroom/dining combined) with separate kitchen/laundry and separate bathroom. Enjoy watching the tui's in the kowhai tree whilst eating your meals.
For your use we have:
Queen size bed, a fold down sofa/bed, dining table and chairs.
TV with free-view and Wi-fi Internet
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual items including a microwave, fridge freezer, electric fry pan, toaster, electric jug, and bench top oven with hot plates, washing machine etc.
The unit is suitable for a couple, single person or small family
This is a self catering unit with optional extras of continental breakfast and daily servicing
Check in is after 2 pm - Check out is 10.00 am
