Welcome to Colby! We are a small but mighty lunch bar in the heart of Wairau Valley on Auckland's North Shore. We are on a mission to give you fresh and delicious food on the run. We buy produce that's in season, use free range eggs and chicken, our coffee is fair trade and organic and we make everything on site, fresh, everyday. Our donuts are hand rolled, our pies are hand made and we make our food with love.
Our selection of salads change daily so eating healthy is as easy as it's ever been. We have soup for you in the winter, fresh cold juices for you in the summer and soft buttery brioche's all year round.
We love to evolve and give you what you never thought you wanted and above all, we believe you should always look forward to your lunch break!
