I am an IT consultant, a corporate and business intuitive, a wellbeing and energy mentor and a governance & crisis advisor. I am a leader who facilitate workshops for groups and a speaker to elevate your leadership and wellbeing through inspiring and keynote talks.

I am a consultant in project management of 16 years specialising in high profile projects that are challenging and complex using a broad skillset, a big heart and a great sense of humour.

A leader’s ability to embrace change, such as mindfulness and the multi-level of intelligence can lead to high performing teams. It’s easy to fall into a trap of acting out of fear, or existing ways of working.
