Restaurants
The home of the Christchurch Tram which runs right through the site, Cathedral Junction is also the location for a mix of shops, cafes & restaurants. Originally the idea of Christchurch engineer and motorcycle designer John Britten, Cathedral Junction was one of the final projects he worked on before his death in 1995. It has been a focal point for the city since its original opening in 2005, 10 years after Britten's death but still incorporating many of his original design ideas.
