Janet is a career development coach. She works with individuals and organisations to help people make successful career transitions. Her aim is to equip with effective strategies and tools so that good career decisions are made. Janet offers a range of profiling tools and assessments to compliment the work, giving insights into behaviours, motivators and EQ.
Janet works one-to-one, and also provides training and coaching for organisations and groups. She will design a programme for you to help you take the next step in your career, and coach you through the process, including CV and LinkedIn guidance and Interview training.
